Shipping Policy

We require 1-2 business days to process all orders. 

Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday.  ​

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away. If the order has not been processed changes can be made by sending an email to glossydolls@yahoo.com.  Please be sure to enclose the order number in your request.​

How will my package be shipped?

We use UPS, USPS for Domestic Standard Shipping. To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.​ ​​​


Glossy Dolls DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
